As a digital service provider, we deliver completed work electronically — there is no physical shipping.

1. Delivery timeframe

For a standard project, you will receive your completed work within 7 – 14 working days after requirements are confirmed. The countdown begins once project requirements have been confirmed and any required deposit has been received. Larger or more complex projects (for example, custom applications) may follow a longer timeline, which we will agree with you in writing before work begins.

2. How your project is delivered

VIRTUAL CYPHER SDN. BHD. provides digital services. We do not ship any physical products. Completed work is delivered through one or both of the following:

  • Project handover via email — source files, access credentials, and documentation are sent to your registered email address.
  • Deployment to your domain — where applicable, we deploy the finished website or application directly to your hosting/domain so it is live and ready to use.

3. Working days

“Working days” refers to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia. Timeframes assume timely client cooperation.

4. Delays

Delivery timelines depend on receiving the information, content, and feedback we need from you. Delays in providing these, or in approving milestones, will extend the delivery date accordingly. We will keep you informed if any delay on our side is expected.

5. After delivery

Once delivered, each package includes its stated number of revision rounds. Please review your deliverables promptly and raise any revisions within the agreed scope. Ongoing maintenance or support beyond the project scope can be arranged separately.
